Logistics Managed, Delivered Direct to Store

We manage the logistics between the warehouse or display supplier and the shop floor. Stock is received into our depots, checked and kitted per store, then delivered direct to store with the install crew, so stores are not left receiving pallets or chasing missing parts.

Old displays and packaging are removed and disposed of as part of the job, and anything damaged in transit is flagged before install day, not on it.
