Some changes have to land at every site at once: a brand refresh, a seasonal reset, a compliance fix, or a new fleet of display units.
SSVI runs these programs from its Brisbane head office. One project manager scopes the work, allocates crews from a national network of more than 1,000 installers, and reports back site by site. Metro, regional and remote locations run to the same schedule and the same standard.
Work is planned around trading hours: overnight and after-hours where a site can’t give up floor space, in-hours where access allows. Every site closes out with photographic proof against the program’s site list.

Reporting that can be audited. Every visit is logged in SSVI’s rollout-tracking software. Dated photos and completion status are filed against each site reference as it finishes, so progress can be tracked site by site and the evidence kept when the program closes.

Programs often start as a single rollout and grow into ongoing work across the same network. All four run off one site list, one project manager and one reporting format.
National rollouts – pilot install signed off first, staged by state or region, and the site list reconciled so nothing is missed or visited twice.
Site audits – photographic condition surveys, measure-ups and asset registers with damage and compliance flags.
Maintenance – programmed cleaning, changeovers and illuminated sign checks on monthly, quarterly or biannual cycles.
Repairs – damage assessed with photos, made safe first, with the permanent fix scheduled.
Every program is priced per site and reported against site references.
Every AdBooth in Telstra’s national network is cleaned and its advertising changed over inside a fortnight, three times a year since 2020.
More than 1,500 produce bins repainted across 309 supermarkets in four weeks, entirely overnight, with no store losing selling floor during trade.
Window graphics updated in every branch in four weeks, including Groote Eylandt, with remote sites scheduled around barge and flight access.
