Damaged and faulty signage costs more than the repair. A dark lightbox, a blank screen or a cracked face tells customers a site isn’t being looked after, and damaged structures can become a safety risk.
Repairs can be booked as a one-off job whenever something goes wrong – one quote, one visit. For networks with ongoing repair needs, a service agreement sets the rates, response times and process up front, so faults are logged once and fixed without re-quoting at every site.
Either way, each job closes out with before and after photos and a short report, so you know what was found, what was done and what may need attention next.

For planned cleaning and inspections, see Visual Asset Cleaning & Maintenance.

One-off repairs suit a single damaged sign, a storm event or a rectification job – quoted and completed as needed, with no ongoing commitment.
A service agreement suits networks with regular repair needs. Agreed rates and tiered response times mean faults are fixed sooner, without a new quote each time, and repeat issues are easier to spot across sites so they can be fixed at the source. For most multi-site networks, it is the more efficient option.
Damaged faces, panels, fixings and structures repaired to the original standard, including storm, impact and vandalism damage.
Components or complete signs that are beyond repair replaced and matched to brand specifications, with old signage removed and disposed of.
Signage that is non-compliant, incorrectly installed or off-brand brought back to standard, from a single site to network-wide corrections.
