Signage Is an Asset. Maintain It Like One.

Signage and displays are a significant investment, and they work in tough conditions: sun, rain, traffic grime, bird droppings, pollution and the occasional tag.

Left alone, that build-up does more than look untidy. UV-baked dirt breaks down vinyl and faces, fixings loosen, and small marks become permanent. By the time a sign looks tired, it is often heading for early replacement.

A scheduled cleaning and maintenance program keeps every site presenting to the same standard, finds small issues while they are still small, and pushes replacement dates further out.

What We Clean and Maintain

  • Scheduled sign cleaning – pylons, fascias, lightboxes, wayfinding and directional signage, on a set frequency
  • Graffiti and sticker removal – removed promptly so tags and bill posters don’t become part of the site
  • Condition inspections – every asset checked and photo-reported at each visit
  • Minor touch-ups – loose fixings, paint touch-ups and vinyl spot replacement done on the day
  • Displays and graphics – menu boards, POS units, window and wall graphics

How a Maintenance Program Runs

  1. Site list and asset register – what is at each site, and its current condition.
  2. Frequency set per asset – based on exposure, traffic and brand standards, not a one-size schedule.
  3. Scheduled visits – cleaning, graffiti removal and minor touch-ups, planned around trading hours.
  4. Photo proof – before and after photos for every asset, every visit.
  5. Condition reporting – issues flagged and prioritised, so replacements can be budgeted rather than coming as a surprise.

Anything beyond a touch-up is quoted separately, or handled through our repairs and rectification service.

Reduce Lifetime Signage Costs

A replacement face, panel or graphic costs many times more than keeping the existing one clean and sound. Regular maintenance shifts spend from unplanned replacements to a predictable, budgeted program.

Because every visit is photo-reported, each asset builds a condition history. That makes it easier to see what is wearing, plan replacements across the network, and hold brand standards at every site.

Longer Lifespan

Removing grime, residue and graffiti before it bakes in slows UV and weather damage to vinyl, faces and finishes, and keeps fixings and structures sound for longer.

Brand Presentation

Signage is often the first thing a customer sees. Clean, well-kept signs show the same standard at every site, whether it is in the CBD or a regional town.

Lower Costs

Scheduled cleaning and early touch-ups cost far less than premature replacement. Small issues are fixed on the day, and larger ones are flagged early enough to plan for.
